HGH Research Information Summaries

This site can help you become an informed consumer by helping you distinguish between the actual and fiction, as well as assisting you to make an informed decision when it comes to HGH. The internet is a playground for misleading information and people who thrive on misinterpreting this information concerned with HGH injections applied to their products. It is important to realize that there isn’t any clinical studies done on any other form of HGH besides injections, so even if they claim that their product works, this may or may not be true.

However, some HGH products can be useful.

HGh Clinical Studies

HGH Research Facts

Researchers conclude that one of the primary causes of aging is the decrease of HGH production in the body. According to human growth hormone research, at age 21, the normal level of circulating hgh is about 10 milligrams per deciliter of blood, but at age 61, it’s decreased 80% to only 2 milligrams. They say it’s growth hormone that grows the cells, bones, muscles, and organs, and it is the level of growth hormone after age 30 that slowly robs us of our youth.

After age 30, the secretion rate of HGH drops 14% per decade. By 80, most people barely produce enough hgh to build a fingernail, explaining why injuries experienced by seniors take so long to heal.

HGH Research Clinical Studies

The New England Journal of Medicine published the clinical findings of Daniel Rudman, MD, regarding his hgh human growth hormone research on the anti-aging effects of HGH.  His findings were astounding.

Dr. Rudman studied patients between the ages of 61 to 81 at the Medical College of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  Six months later, Dr. Rudman observed a reversal of the aging process from 10 to 20 years in the patients who received HGH injections.  But in those who didn’t receive HGH, the normal aging process continued.

Other hgh human growth hormone research clinical studies performed over the past 30 years have demonstrated that HGH can allow users to lose fat, build muscle mass, improve sexual performance, remove wrinkles, eliminate cellulite, and increase immune function when taken through intra-muscular injections.  Hgh is what you might consider a “master hormone” which is secreted by the pituitary gland and is responsible for directly and indirectly balancing the body’s critical hormones.

Dr. Chein of the Life Extension Institute in Palm Springs, CA, said he studied 202 patients that he treated with hgh. Here are the results he gave:

Patients reported improvement in the following areas:

  • Attitude Toward Life 78%
  • Back Flexibility 83%
  • Body Fat Loss 72%
  • Duration of Penile Erection 62%
  • Emotional Stability 67%
  • Exercise Tolerance 81%
  • Frequency of Nighttime Urination 57%
  • Hot Flashes 58%
  • Healing Capacity 71%
  • Healing of Other Injuries 61%
  • Sexual Function, Sexual Potency/Frequency 75%
  • Strength, Exercise & Body Fat, Muscle Strength 88%
  • Muscle Size 81%
  • Menstrual Cycle Regulation 39%
  • Skin & Hair Care, Skin Texture 71%
  • Skin Thickness 68%
  • Skin Elasticity 71%
  • Wrinkle Disappearance 61%
  • New Hair Growth 38%
  • Energy, Emotions & Memory, Energy Level 84%
  • Memory 62%
  • Resistance to Common Illness 73%

Dr. Chein guaranteed a loss of 10 to 12 percent of body fat every six months if they are overweight, and a gain of 8 to 10 percent in muscle mass every six months, continuing every six months until body composition has reverted to that of a twenty-year-old (treating them with hgh along with other hormones).

HGH Research Quotes

The following are taken from the earliest tests conducted with injectable HGH, when it was the only option available.

Although we cannot claim if the recently developed oral sprays, powders, pills, etc. have effects similar to the injections – they don’t have enough clinical research to state beyond a doubt that their claims are true.

Some even believe that most, if not all, non-injectable HGH products cannot deliver HGH and are simply fakes.

Daniel Rudman, M.D., published in the New England Journal of Medicine:
“The effects of six months of human growth hormone on lean body mass and adipose-tissue were equivalent in magnitude to the changes incurred during 10–20 years of aging”.

Ronald Klatz M.D., President and Founder, American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and author of “Grow Young with HGH – The Amazing Medically Proven Plan to Reverse Aging”
“HGH is the first anti-aging therapy proven by double placebo controlled studies”.

V.A. Medical Center and Department of Medicine, Stanford University Medical Center:
Conclusion: ‘It Is possible that chronic physiologic GH and/or IGF-I replacement therapy might reverse (or prevent) some of these “Inevitable” sequences of aging”.        (Study of GH therapy in the elderly – March 1992.)

Dr. Jorgensen & Dr. Christian of Denmark, In European Journal of Endocrinology, 1994:
“Replacement therapy with Growth Hormone has shown beneficial/normalizing effect on parameters such as cardiac and renal function, thyroid hormone metabolism, bone metabolism, sweat secretion, total and regional fuel metabolism and psychological well-being”

Dr. Anthony Karpos, M.D.:
“We really have something here which may be able to reverse some of the problems associated with aging.”

Dr. Rosen, M.D. and Dr. G. Johannsson, M.D. of University Hospital Goteborg, Sweden:
‘There is no evidence suggestion that Growth Hormone Replacement Therapy causes any unfavorable long term side effects (Hormone Research, 1995)’

Dr. Joke Powrie, M.D. and Dr. Andrew Weissberger, St. Thomas Hospital, London England:
‘All adults with growth hormone deficiency should now be considered for growth hormone replacement therapy.’ (1995)

Drs. Ramias, Shamos, and Schiller of St. Joseph Hospital Medical Center In Phoenix AZ:
The Doctors found HGH to be a potent anabolic agent, “Daily Administration of human growth hormone in the first week after trauma would enhance the metabolic status… resulting In reduced morbidity and earlier discharge from hospital.” (May 1992 Journal of Surgery. Vol 11 1, 495-502.)
